Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes:

  • Damaged product
  • Printing or manufacturing errors
  • Wrong item received
  • Package lost or significantly damaged in transit

Timeframe

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


Proof Required

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Clear photos of the item (or video if needed)
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
