4. Shipping

- Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or postal services
5. Returns & Refunds
Because items are made to order:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind
- Refunds or replacements are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Misprinted items
- Wrong items received
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.
